Hi there!

I’m Anna, a voice coach based in South East London. When not voice coaching, I’m also a singer, actor, yogi, dog lover, teacher, musician, Schitt’s Creek fan and theatre nerd. I’m at my happiest when performing, watching a performance, or helping you to realise your true vocal expression whilst singing, acting or speaking.

Ever since I first started performing, I have been fascinated and deeply curious about how people use their voices. This interest originated in a singing context, and as my career developed it grew to include speech and accents. How were some people able to put on different accents so easily? Why did some people seem to command a space so effortlessly when public speaking, whilst others couldn’t?

This was to begin life-long quest to find out how people were doing these things with their voices, and to find the most effective ways to teach it to others.

I trained as a Voice Teacher at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, and I hold a Masters in Voice Studies. Since then I’ve further specialised with many additional trainings, including in the practises of Estill Voice Training and Knight-Thompson Speechwork. I now work with professional performers and continue to teach voice regularly at major UK drama schools, including the Guildford School of Acting and Bird College.

I’ve worked with numerous professional speakers and singers to help them find vocal confidence. And now I want to help you.

As a performer I know how loud that inner-critic can be, and how scary the performing space can feel. However - I also know that with the right guidance, an understanding of how your voice works and clear techniques to practise, it IS possible to become the vocal performer or speaker that you want to be.

Let’s get your vocal technique and confidence boosted so that you can give the performance I know you’re capable of.
